Donation & Refund Policy

Contributions to New Hope Theological Society Foundation, doing business as NHTS Outreach Foundation, are voluntary unless otherwise stated for a specific transaction.

Refund Requests

Donations are generally treated as final. However, requests involving duplicate transactions, processing errors, unauthorized transactions, or other exceptional circumstances may be reviewed individually. Any refund is subject to applicable law and the rules of the payment processor used for the transaction.

How to Request Review

Contact info@newhopetheologicalsociety.org with the donor name, transaction date, amount, payment platform, and reason for the request. Do not send full payment-card numbers or other sensitive financial credentials by email.

Tax Status

The tax deductibility of contributions should not be assumed unless specifically stated and verified for the relevant contribution.
