Any request involving theological analysis, research, educational planning, program development, organizational guidance, doctrinal interpretation, or professional insight constitutes a professional engagement and may require a paid appointment or service agreement.

Travel & Transportation Policy

For in-person engagements requiring travel, all travel-related expenses are the responsibility of the requesting individual or organization.

This includes:

  • Airfare
  • Ground Transportation
  • Lodging
  • Meals
  • Incidental Travel Expenses

Travel arrangements must be approved and confirmed before engagement dates are finalized.

For engagements outside Hawaiʻi, premium travel accommodations may be required depending on distance, itinerary, and scope of services.
